AI Influencer Studio ("the App") is developed and operated by Okay Kacar.

Your privacy matters. AI Influencer Studio does not require account creation and is designed for general audiences. The app collects only limited and anonymized data necessary to function properly and improve user experience.

Important: All videos generated by AI Influencer Studio are AI-created content and should be identified as such when required by applicable laws or regulations.

2. Data We Collect

When you use AI Influencer Studio, we collect:

• Usage and interaction data, such as app launches, screen views, taps, navigation, and feature usage
• Technical diagnostics data, such as crash reports and performance metrics
• Purchase-related events, such as paywall views and completed purchases, without access to payment or billing details
• Generation metadata, such as which AI models are used and generation success/failure rates (not the actual prompts or content)

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, contact lists, or precise location data.

3. User Content

AI Influencer Studio allows you to create AI influencers and enter text prompts to generate AI-based videos.

• AI influencer designs are stored locally on your device
• Text prompts are sent to AI processing services to generate videos
• Generated videos are stored in your cloud gallery for your access
• You can delete your generated content at any time
• We do not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models
• Your AI influencer data is associated with your device and is not shared

4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All videos created through AI Influencer Studio are generated by artificial intelligence.

• Generated content features AI-created virtual characters, not real footage
• Generated content may not be perfectly accurate or realistic
• Users are responsible for how they use and distribute generated content
• Some jurisdictions require disclosure when sharing AI-generated content
• Generated videos should not be used to deceive or mislead

5. Analytics and Diagnostics

We use analytics to understand app usage, improve stability, and enhance usability.

Collected data includes:

• App interactions and navigation
• Screen views and feature usage
• Device and performance information
• Crash reports and error logs

We also use session recordings that capture UI interactions only.

Session recordings:

• Do not record text input or prompts
• Do not include generated video content
• Do not include personal information
• Are anonymized and used solely for debugging and improvement purposes

We do not sell or share your analytics data with advertisers.

6. Identifiers

The app uses a random, anonymous device identifier to:

• Track your token balance and purchases
• Associate your AI influencers and generated videos with your device
• Provide consistent service across app sessions

This identifier:

• Cannot be used to identify you personally
• Is not linked to your real-world identity
• Is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking

7. Third-Party Processing

To operate the app, we rely on trusted third-party services for:

• AI video generation (Replicate, Google Vertex AI)
• Analytics and diagnostics (Sentry)
• In-app purchases and subscription management (RevenueCat, Apple)
• Cloud storage and delivery (Cloudflare)

These services process data only as required to provide their functionality and in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We do not sell user data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

12. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and industry-standard security practices to protect data processed by the app. Video content is delivered through secure, authenticated channels.
